Refund & Return Policy
If you recieve a product that is not as described we will replace the item or refund the purchase price. You must claim your refund 7 days from when your items are recieved. Please email us at email@example.com (or use the option at the bottom of the page) within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to items which tags have been removed, have been used, washed or damaged after delivery. All products must be returned in their original condition.
If item is faulty due to our manufacture we will cover the shipping costs once we recieve the item and will send a refund for postage.
If return is a change of mind we will refund the item cost, return shipping is to be paid by the buyer.
Sale items can only be exchanged, not refunded.
Canceling an Order:
To cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange this if the order has not yet been shipped.
